Lianne is an environmentalist, social entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of Impact Hub Amman.

In 2018, Lianne founded Ecope, a social startup working to manage and prevent food waste in Jordan. Upon receiving incubation from a leading incubator in Jordan, mySTARTUP, Lianne played a leading role in establishing the Green Committee and mySTARTUP Committee, with the aim to transform the entity into the region’s first green incubator, and foster a collaborative, responsive environment, respectively. In 2019, she had the opportunity to pitch Ecope at the World Government Summit in Dubai. During the same year, she served as Communications Assistant at the UNDP, and was responsible for creating and managing communication products, and developing the organisation's communication strategies.

Since then, she has served as part of the Canadian Embassy’s Youth Council to discuss challenges facing young people, particularly women entrepreneurs, in Jordan. In 2020, she had the chance to be a TEDx speaker at the American University of Madaba, and presented her talk “Can going green make you feel less blue?”, which focused on the evidence-based connection between mental health and eco-conscious living.

In 2021, she and her team officially launched Impact Hub Amman, as part of the global Impact Hub Network, to support change-makers working towards social and environmental goals, through spaces, community and content. In 2022, and under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abduallah of Jordan, and with the Presence with Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden, she was awarded as Jordan's Female Social Entrepreneur of the Year by Mentor Arabia for her work in Ecope and Impact Hub Amman.

Today, she leads on Business Development, Community and Communications at the growing social enterprise of Impact Hub Amman.
