As the knowledge partner of the Arab Youth Centre, Posterity Institute – in partnership with Majid Al Futtaim Holding – was asked to organize and curate a training program for the Arab Youth Council for Climate Change. The program addressed the multiple issues and challenges that the youth in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region will face – if they don’t already – and how the council members can mobilize the resources at their disposal to amplify the voices of youth and maximize their efficiency and efficacy during their terms.

Furthermore, the training program served as a platform to further refine and establish feasible pathways for the completion of the projects of each of the members. Thus, this training program encompassed an array of workshops and training sessions and brought multiple experts from the field who have demonstrated leadership in sustainability to give their insights and provide council members with valuable information that they could leverage when developing their projects or skills that they will need to develop to contribute to the Sustainability Agenda. Posterity Institute is offering specially designed content from this training program, in addition to a Training of Trainers document to support in the development and implementation of a course with a similar scope.
