Fares Feghaly is a Research Associate at Posterity Institute. In his current role, Fares is responsible for conducting research projects, and drafting appropriate research materials and proposals. Fares brings three years of experience in health, safety, environment, and sustainability. He previously worked as an environmental engineer at AlSerkal Envirol, a joint recycling plant between Dubai Municipality and Blue LLC-AlSerkal Group. Fares was responsible for ensuring that the facility’s daily operations complied with Dubai Municipality’s standards and supported in developing the facility’s sustainability and net-zero emissions and waste strategies. Fares also helped develop the Blue LLC Whitepaper Series. Fares holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the American University of Sharjah.

Hala Hatamleh is a Senior Manager at Posterity Institute. She worked earlier as a senior research and program development officer at the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development in Jordan She was leading on early childhood development research and pilot at the Foundation. Hala has a Master’s degree from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Development Management and two Bachelor degrees; Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University in Jordan and Applied Arts and Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, USA. She was a member of several organizations and networks such as Minhati, a scholarship program.
